We use traditional, named varieties of cider apples grown in our own and neighbouring orchards. We harvest the fruit when it is fully ripe and we use 100% freshly pressed juice to ensure the outstanding quality and fresh apple taste of our cider.
In 1066 after the Battle of Hastings, when the Normans invaded Britain, they brought with them three notable things: feudalism, castles and the cider apple!
